Reasons to reach out
- Shops. You operate a collision repair business in the region and want to learn about participating in the association.
- Drivers. You have a general question about the repair process or about the information published on this site.
- Suppliers and partners. You provide products or services to the collision trade and want to connect with the regional community.
- Corrections. You spotted something on the site that is out of date or could be explained better.
What we cannot do
The association is an industry organization, not a claims service or a law firm. We cannot intervene in an individual insurance claim, provide legal advice, or arbitrate a dispute between a customer and a shop. For claim disputes, the New York State Department of Financial Services handles consumer complaints about insurance companies. For legal questions, consult a licensed attorney. For questions about a specific repair, speak directly with the shop performing the work.

Please do not include claim numbers, policy numbers, or other sensitive details in your message. General descriptions are enough for us to point you in the right direction, and we prefer not to hold information we do not need. See our privacy policy for how messages are handled.
